Deep groove ball bearing introduction:

Deep groove ball bearings mainly bear radial loads and also bear moderate axial loads. Small friction coefficient, high limit speed, large size range, large structure change, suitable for common machinery such as precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, etc., as a widely used bearing type in the machinery industry.

Sealed deep groove ball bearings Deep groove ball bearings
with sealed discs (contact washer) or covered discs (non-contact washer) allow a simple design. Bearings are supplied with one and two sealed or covered discs. Bearings with washers on both sides are filled with high-quality grease. Sealed bearings can be used from -30 °C to the maximum temperature range. 110 °C (short term) for contact, and up to max. 120 °C for non-contact gaskets. It should be noted here that at permanent temperatures > 70 °C the service life of the grease will be reduced. A special grease is provided for this case.

Furthermore, deep groove ball bearings with brass cages and galvanically insulated designs are available on request.

Single row deep groove ball bearings accept radial and axial forces, so they can be used in a wide range of appliexcavatorions. They have a simple design, are self-retaining, suitable for high to very high speeds and resistance during operation and maintenance, and they are available at very favorable prices. Due to these characteristics, self-aligning deep groove ball bearings are the most used antifriction bearings. The standard version of SLF deep groove ball bearings has grooves for inserting sealing and/or covering discs. The only exception is the series 160.... Here, only versions without sealing and/or overlay disks are available. (exception 16006.2ZR)
